Living a toxic-free life isn’t just about the food we eat and products we use. It is so easy to let toxic thoughts creep into our minds every day — those insecure thoughts that we are not perfect enough, not attractive enough, not rich enough. It is a natural reaction to seeing beautiful celebrities in designer clothes, our friends posting the happiest snippets of their lives on social media, or spending hours browsing through material items online. Limiting those kinds of activities and focusing instead on gratitude for what we have, the positive people and accomplishments in our lives, and our opportunities to help others in less fortunate situations helps to negate those toxic thoughts.
